4月15日，华东师大学前与特殊教育系昝飞教授来奉，为我区特殊学校的教师和从事随班就读工作的教师做了主题为“学生行为问题与干预”的讲座。

      昝飞教授就如何认识行为问题？行为问题的干预的思路与策略等问题为老师们作了辩证而详细的阐述，昝教授大量的临床案例使大家意识到学生行为问题产生和形成的可能存在众多因素，然而教师能对自己的教育教学行为作充分的“预备”和适当的“调整”，学生的行为问题就可能不会形成。

      这次讲座让与会者深刻地感悟到：理解有行为问题的学生——从学生的行为中读懂问题背后信息，改变教学行为，改善教学环境从而减少学生行为问题的出现频率，甚至可以有效控制行为问题的出现。
